The positive effects of computer on the intellectual development of children.
Differences between football and boxing
Unlike the football, boxing requires a strong sense of independency of its sportsmen. You learn to fight alone against your opponent without helping from other people during the match. Thus, to be self-confidence, maintain your mood and to defend your body by own efforts is the key to survive and succeed in this toughest sport. There is a great disparity of characteristics in the match between the two sports. Every level of people can watch and play football no matter how young or old they are, whether male or female, normal people or patients, that’s because football is a peaceful sport. In contrast, the boxing seems brutally violent because the competitor must fight his/her opponents by throwing more punches, more powerful to weaken them and eventually make them fall down in order to beat them. According to this, it’s not suitable for children, pregnant women, heart-disease people to watch such violent match.

The causes and effect of water pollutions
Water pollution has become a growing concern over the last century
as more and more waste are being disposed of in our oceans, rivers and
lakes. This increase in pollution is harming our food supplies, drinking
water and environment. It is also creating issues in the oceans ecosystem
and hurting the animals and plant life that rely on the ocean and rivers for
their survival. What is water pollution? Water pollution is caused by the
intentional or unintentional release of toxic chemicals/materials,
contaminants and harmful compounds into various bodies of water such as
rivers, lakes and the ocean. Without proper disposal or filtration of these
pollutants they can spread throughout the water and effect all living
animals and organisms that come into contact with it by contaminating any
living thing that requires water for survival.
Water pollution may be caused by the intentional or unintentional
disposal of hazardous chemicals and materials into a body of water.
Rainfall may cause polluted landscapes to disperse their poisonous
materials into the water and poison the surrounding water. Water pollution
may also be caused by specific points or contributing factors such as large
factories, oil refineries, construction sites, chemical waste management
facilities, dump sites and other large-scale operations that store/produce
large amounts of chemical/hazardous waste.
Water pollution may be affected by the toxic rainfall that can occur
in areas where water and/or air is polluted with toxic chemicals and
materials. Polluted water can lead to sickness, disease, infections,
deformities and even death among animals and plant life. Once water
becomes polluted it can affect people and animals either directly through
consumption or indirectly through food sources, land degradation and the
overabundance of plants and algae which can cover the surface of various
bodies of water making it undrinkable and affecting the animals that live
in that body of water.
Therefore, water pollution is indeed a very serious concern because
it not only has an impact on health and but also can have negative effects
on various industries and agriculture. It is therefore highly important to
devise methods to reduce the level of water pollution that we are currently
facing.
“Describe the qualities of two kinds of professions”
Nowadays, job is needed for people’s daily living. There always have a gap
between two different kinds of job which people have to consider and choose it carefully.
However those two different kinds of job that people think, there are many same
characteristics for example a doctor and a soldier. The obvious similarities between these
two are mentioned by the willingness for their job, working environment and the finance-
condition.
One important similarity is the willingness for their job. People who are in these
two kind work hard to their nation. Every single person of the society sleeps sound,
parties hard and enjoy complete because we have soldiers always prepare to protect the
very existence of the society. They posted in all the war fronts of the country such as stay
sharp and vigilant all the time. Likewise, a doctor though very important part of our society,
who learns all about the human body, the physiology and anatomy to save our lives as we say, to
help us in recover from all the illness and the trauma.
The similarity between doctor and soldier is working environment. Soldiers work
along the border or in forest sometime. The place where they stay up is dangerous. They
are facing with illness and the death all times such Malaria, land mine. In contrast, doctor
might work in an operation room which more comfortable than in the forest. On the hand,
doctor work in a pressured room. They must be carefully everything to save a patient.
They also face with illness and the death all times which transmitted from patients.
Finally, finance condition is also the important thing for both jobs. As we see,
nowadays the most soldiers in the currently in our society are poor with a low-salary.
And they live far from the city so they family such their wife or children cannot go to
work for support their family. Fortunately, doctor has a high-salary compared to soldier
but this profession cannot make them rich. Some countries don’t allow you to create a
business such as hospital or clinic. Everything is base on the law and if you still want to
open your own business, you must complete the complex requirement which the
government needs. So you can only work in hospital which belongs to government.
Although people say that doctor is obviously different from soldier, there are
many similarities which are mentioned in the willingness for their job, working
environment and the finance-condition. Moreover, it is important to remember that both
of these two professions play an important role to our society such as saving life as well
as peaceful for our country.
The process of designing condominium
There is a significant development in infrastructure these days in Cambodia since many new
buildings had appeared during the last decades. Cambodian people are more likely to live in the
condominium rather than the apartment, flat or residential block. Consequently, condominium are
increasing more and more in the city, especially they are not only beautiful but also livable. In order to
build a condominium, it is required some vital steps in designing which are responsible by the architects.
First of all, it is about studying the project and functioning it. The designer must know where the
project will take place as it is extremely important for analyzing the site location. For example, if a
condominium is planned to build, being an architect should examine the location clearly to know about
the strengths of the area, also the weakness, the opportunity and the last thing is the threats to deal with.
After that, functioning is also an indispensable task. Designers should use the space to its optimum as
they have to design floor plans at this stage. All types of rooms must be carefully divided and comfortable
to live in. For instance, designer need to know how many rooms that can be put in a unit and where they
are located. Another thing is a landscape of the condominium like the swimming pool, gym area and
green space.
Moreover, drafting the concept also plays a very important role for designing the condominium.
Most of the famous building in the world are well-known due to their concepts. Concept is an invention
of idea toward a project. Animals, plants and geometry forms are the good examples that are mostly used
to create or propose the concepts. In addition, after finishing the concept, they are able to start to develop
their elevations of the building. In this stage, they have to design each view such as right, left, rear and
front. Normally, they ought to be skillful in computer programs. Using the graphic design is easier to see
whether the whole building is nice-looking and acceptable or not. When the first draft is completed, it is
time for the developer to present or indicate the plans and concepts below to customer.
Last but not least, after discussing with customer, the designer must produce the final draft and a
complete information within the project. There must be some controversy over the opinions or ideas on
the project. For instance, the owner somehow does not like the function of the rooms since they are kind
of small and unusable. Therefore, architect needs to bring out the solutions or new ideas without
disturbing other parts of the work too much. Then they again have to show what they had changed to
owner and decide for a final draft. In this part, all the information’s and data’s such as the floor plans,
elevations, sections, details and others must be sum together into a book and give it to engineer to start
the construction.
To sum up, designing condominium is not an easy thing since a lot of steps are taking. To my
mind, being an architect is holding a high responsibility. What they design must be comfortable,
attractive, sustainable and livable. If they were not to do this, it would cause adversely affects to not only
the users but also the environment and communities.
“Impacts of Air Pollution”
Air pollution is one of the most serious environmental problem against our civilization today.
It is often caused by human activities such as mining, construction, transportation, industrial work,
agriculture, and smelting. However, natural processes such as volcanic eruptions and wildfires may
also pollute the air, but they occur rarely and they usually have a local effect, unlike human activities
that are ubiquitous causes of air pollution and contribute to the global pollution of the air every single
day. Air pollution has serious effects on the human health. It can harm us when it accumulates in the
air in high enough concentrations. Billions people in the world live in areas where urban smog,
particle pollution, and toxic pollutants pose serious health concerns. People exposed to high enough
levels of certain air pollutants may experience. Along with harming human health, air pollution can
cause a variety of environmental effects, too.
Acid rain: Acid rain is precipitation containing harmful amounts of nitric and sulfuric acids.
These acids are formed primarily by nitrogen oxides and sulfur oxides released into the atmosphere
when fossil fuels are burned. These acids fall to the Earth either as wet precipitation (rain, snow, or
fog) or dry precipitation (gas and particulates). Some are carried by the wind, sometimes hundreds
of miles. In the environment, acid rain damages trees and causes soils and water bodies to acidify,
making the water unsuitable for some fish and other wildlife. It also speeds the decay of buildings,
statues, and sculptures that are part of our national heritage. Acid rain has damaged lakes, ponds,
rivers, and soils, leading to damaged wildlife and forests.
Effects on wildlife: Toxic pollutants in the air, or deposited on soils or surface waters, can
impact wildlife in a number of ways. Like humans, animals can experience health problems if they
are exposed to sufficient concentrations of air toxics over time. Studies show that air toxics are
contributing to birth defects, reproductive failure, and disease in animals. Persistent toxic air
pollutants (those that break down slowly in the environment) are of particular concern in aquatic
ecosystems. These pollutants accumulate in sediments and may biomagnified in tissues of animals at
the top of the food chain to concentrations many times higher than in the water or air.
Ozone depletion: Ozone is a gas that occurs both at ground-level and in the Earth's upper
atmosphere, known as the stratosphere. At ground level, ozone is a pollutant that can harm human
health. In the stratosphere (the second layer of the atmosphere), however, ozone forms a layer that
protects life on earth from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. But this "good" ozone is gradually
being destroyed by man-made chemicals referred to as ozone-depleting substances, including
chlorofluorocarbons, hydrochloric, fluorocarbons, and halons. These substances were formerly used
and sometimes still are used in coolants, foaming agents, fire extinguishers, solvents, pesticides, and
aerosol propellants. Thinning of the protective ozone layer can cause increased amounts of UV
radiation to reach the Earth, which can lead to more cases of skin cancer, cataracts, and impaired
immune systems. UV can also damage sensitive crops, such as soybeans, and reduce crop yields.
Crop and forest damage: Air pollution can damage crops and trees in a variety of ways.
Ground-level ozone can lead to reductions in agricultural crop and commercial forest yields, reduced
growth and survivability of tree seedlings, and increased plant susceptibility to disease, pests and
other environmental stresses (such as harsh weather). As described above, crop and forest damage
can also result from acid rain and from increased UV radiation caused by ozone depletion.
Global climate change: The Earth's atmosphere contains a delicate balance of naturally
occurring gases that trap some of the sun's heat near the Earth's surface. This "greenhouse effect"
keeps the Earth's temperature stable. Unfortunately, evidence is mounting that humans have disturbed
this natural balance by producing large amounts of some of these greenhouse gases, including carbon
dioxide and methane. As a result, the Earth's atmosphere appears to be trapping more of the sun's
heat, causing the Earth's average temperature to rise - a phenomenon known as global warming. Many
scientists believe that global warming could have significant impacts on human health, agriculture,
water resources, forests, wildlife, and coastal areas.
In brief, there are many impacts of Air Pollution which effect to our living nowadays. With air
pollutants being such a widespread epidemic, it’s imperative that we come together as Earth’s
inhabitants to become part of the solution, instead of continuing to be the problem. We can make the
choice to drive less toxic automobiles. We can choose how much energy we consume on a daily basis
such as renewable energy. We can also choose to reuse our old materials instead of dumping them
into the environment. Air pollution can have some devastating impacts on our bodies and the planet,
while there is only one planet where life exists so we should maintain our planet for ourselves and
others living shapes.

The quality of an ideal friend
I have met many friends in my life, but I believe that I have only one ideal friend. I met her in my first year of university, but we became close in the second year. Now we are studying in different departments, but we still make time for each other. She is the only person whom I truly respect. There are many reasons that make me trust and believe in her.
She is the youngest daughter in her family. Her parents passed away when she was in grade 10. She has two older sisters who support her now. Even though she no longer has her parents, she remains strong. She has taught me many things. When I am with her, I feel that she is truly honest with me. She tells me everything she has experienced in both the past and the present. When I do something wrong, she rarely blames me; instead, she guides me in the right direction. She always says that no one is perfect and that we should just try our best.
To be honest, I am a temperamental person. I often feel disappointed with others, sometimes even over small things. When I get angry with someone, I usually talk to her about it. She listens quietly and does not say anything until I finish. Then she tells me to stay calm and reminds me that the problem will pass soon and is not worth overthinking. Sometimes I also get angry with her, but she always talks to me gently and does not care who is right or wrong because she understands me. She accepts me for who I am.
Another thing is that I am shy in class. In our English class, the teacher asked us to give a presentation instead of taking a midterm examination. At that time, I told her that I could not do it because I was afraid of speaking in front of many people and felt insecure about my English pronunciation. She spent one hour encouraging me and giving me advice to face my fear. After that day, I tried little by little to change myself. When the presentation day arrived, I passed with a good score. Even though it was not the best, it was still an achievement for me.
In conclusion, having an ideal friend is a great blessing because they care for us like family. They never let us feel alone, they are honest, and they always listen to our thoughts, whether good or bad. To sum up, when we have an ideal friend, we should understand, love, and take care of each other so that we do not feel regret when time has passed.

People love traveling when they are tired of their job in a polluted city. They may go to the beach, visit the ancient place, or go camping on the mountain. Personally, I like to go hiking the most when I am on vacation . My favorite place, where I usually go on my vacation, is Mondulkiri. Mondulkiri is located in the north-east part of Cambodia and it is a paradise on earth because the view of the forest could make us feel very comfortable.

Causes and Effects of Air Pollution
Pollution is now a commonplace term that we encounter daily through mass media. Among its various forms, air pollution—the contamination of the air both indoors and outdoors—is particularly critical. Any physical, biological, or chemical alteration to the atmosphere that introduces harmful gases, dust, or smoke can be classified as pollution. These contaminants make it difficult for plants, animals, and humans to survive.
To understand the causes of air pollution, we must first distinguish between primary and secondary pollutants. Primary pollutants are those released directly into the atmosphere, such as sulfur dioxide emitted from factories. In contrast, secondary pollutants form when primary pollutants react or intermingle with one another; a classic example of this is the formation of smog.
The causes of air pollution are diverse, but three major contributors include the burning of fossil fuels, agricultural activities, and indoor contaminants. The combustion of coal and petroleum in factories and vehicles—including cars, trains, and airplanes—is a leading source of sulfur dioxide and other emissions. Furthermore, agricultural practices contribute significantly through the release of ammonia, a hazardous byproduct of fertilizers, pesticides, and insecticides. Finally, indoor air pollution is often overlooked; household cleaning products and paints emit toxic chemicals that can make breathing difficult and harm long-term health.
The effects of this contamination are alarming. Air pollution is a direct cause of respiratory and heart diseases, as well as lung cancer. Vulnerable populations, particularly children, often suffer from chronic conditions like pneumonia and asthma. Beyond human health, pollution drives Global Warming. Rising global temperatures, melting ice caps, and rising sea levels threaten habitats worldwide. Additionally, when nitrogen and sulfur oxides combine with water droplets in the atmosphere, they create acid rain, which devastates crops, wildlife, and aquatic ecosystems.
Finally, efforts are being made at personal, industrial, and governmental levels to curb emissions and regain atmospheric balance. We are witnessing a surge in innovations focused on unconventional and clean energy options. To overcome this challenge, we must adopt practical solutions: utilizing public transportation, conserving energy, and practicing the "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle" philosophy. By emphasizing clean energy and using energy-efficient devices, we can mitigate man’s impact on the environment and ensure a sustainable tomorrow.

Bus Vs. Car - Comparison Essay
In the modern world, transportation is a fundamental necessity that shapes our daily routines. Among the various modes of travel available, the most common choices remain public buses and private cars. Individuals often base their preferences on a hierarchy of priorities, primarily involving personal comfort, financial affordability, and environmental impact. While both modes of transport offer distinct advantages, a detailed examination reveals that public transportation is the more sustainable and socially responsible choice.
The primary argument in favor of private vehicles is the unparalleled level of personal comfort and autonomy they provide. Naturally, many people prefer private cars because they offer a sense of privacy and freedom that public transit cannot replicate. In a personal vehicle, the driver is in total control of their environment—listening to the radio or making private phone calls without external disturbance. Furthermore, car owners are liberated from the physical strain of standing during a commute or the stress of adhering to rigid bus schedules. When viewed strictly through the lens of individual convenience, the private car is undeniably the most attractive option.
Economic Efficiency and Affordability Transitioning from personal convenience to economic practicalities, however, shifts the advantage significantly toward public transportation. In contrast to the high costs associated with purchasing, fueling, and maintaining a private vehicle, public transit is highly cost-effective for the average citizen. Because a single bus can transport a large number of passengers simultaneously, it facilitates substantial energy savings and a lower cost per capita. This economic efficiency is the reason why institutional transport services for students and employees rely almost exclusively on high-capacity public vehicles. From a financial standpoint, public transit is the most logical choice for the majority of the population.
Environmental Impact and Urban Order Beyond individual and financial considerations, the most critical factor in this comparison is the long-term environmental impact of our transportation choices. Public transportation is inherently more eco-friendly than private travel. If every citizen relied solely on a personal car, urban centers would succumb to constant chaos and severe traffic gridlock. By prioritizing high-capacity vehicles, cities can drastically reduce the number of cars on the road, leading to a significant decrease in exhaust fumes. This reduction is vital for mitigating global warming and improving urban air quality. Ultimately, public transportation minimizes the carbon footprint per person to the lowest possible level.
In conclusion, while private cars offer superior luxury, the collective benefits of public transportation make it the superior choice for a sustainable future. It is more affordable, energy-efficient, and essential for the protection of our environment. To avoid contributing to traffic gridlock and the worsening climate crisis, society must prioritize public transit systems. Despite the sacrifice of certain personal comforts, the long-term benefits to our economy and our planet far outweigh the individual convenience of private driving.

Solutions to Traffic Jam in Phnom Penh - Exploring Essay
Traffic congestion has become a critical challenge in Cambodia, particularly within Phnom Penh. Daily scenes of gridlock involving motorcycles and cars highlight an urgent need for systemic reform. To address this, a multi-faceted approach focusing on infrastructure, civic behavior, and rigorous law enforcement is essential.
First, strategic time management can be improved through dedicated school shuttle systems. By encouraging private sector investment in school buses that align with standard academic hours, we can significantly reduce the number of private vehicles during peak times. This would not only alleviate congestion but also enhance student safety and support human resource development. Furthermore, optimizing public transit with a real-time tracking app would make buses a viable alternative for both residents and tourists, reducing the reliance on private transport.
Second, urban planning must address the role of street vendors and commercial lack of parking. Designating central hubs for food vendors and strictly prohibiting universities or restaurants from using public sidewalks for private parking would reclaim road space for traffic and pedestrians alike.
Finally, consistent law enforcement is paramount. While police presence has increased, oversight must be universal. Authorities must be empowered to enforce regulations regardless of a driver’s social status or nationality. This must be paired with better infrastructure, such as visible signage and functional traffic lights, to prevent accidental violations.
In conclusion, solving Cambodia’s traffic crisis requires a blend of government action and individual responsibility. By integrating traffic safety into secondary and higher education curricula, we can foster a culture of lawfulness. Change begins with the individual; by obeying traffic laws today, we contribute to a safer, more orderly society for tomorrow.
